Energy Blue Theme Pack is a Visual Style to change the appearance of Windows XP. This theme resembles the look of Windows Vista. It only works with English XP/2003, since in other languages the "Start" button might be misplaced. You must decompress the provided file in a folder with the name "Energy Blue" into the "C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\" path. You must change your background image manually, by right-clicking over an empty portion of your desktop, choosing the "Properties" command and then the "Desktop" tab. Then, choose the "Energy Bliss" bmp file, located in the folder you have just created. In order to install the rest of this Visual Style, you should install Uxtheme Multi-Patcher beforehand, that can be dowloaded from http://www.withinwindows.com/uxthemes/Windows%20XP/SP3/6.0.2900.5512_EN.rar. The Multi-Patcher will change some Windows system files. Your antivirus should warn you against doing this. Ignore it. Then, the system will reboot. To change the appearance of your desktop, you will have to access the "Properties" window again, choose the "Appearance" tab and then the "Energy Blue" theme from the drop-down list.
