SnagIt is a screen capture system that allows you to capture your screen. It allows you capture more than just an application. It allows you to capture anything that you can see on your screen, and, in some cases, even more. For example, it will let you capture full web pages, even if those are partially displayed on your actual screen. This comes really handy when you need to take screen shots of a web page, but don't really want to use a graphic editor to merge several screen shots. SnagIt is a smart application. It allows you to take screen shots of the actual window, a region of a window, or of a specified event. The problem with many applications like this is that they are not able to take screen shots of applications that are rendering graphics, but this one does it all. Furthermore, SnagIt boasts an included editor that allows you to fix your pictures. Once you are done with the editing, you can probably send them to anyone from within the application, without losing time in opening your e-mail client. This is a great application that will help you a lot in your screen shot-taking endeavors.

Guest Install seemed to go reasonably smoothly & didn't take an unreasonable amount of time, though on the 1st try, the installation hung after all the files were downloaded. Kingsoft Antivirus found a file it said was suspicious: it had something that malware always used to launch itself with. Sorry for the lame explanation, I'm feeling really sleepy & under-caffeinated.
