Samsung Mobile Phone Recovery Pro has been designed to help you recover data from Samsung smartphones. It's meant to restore any kind of files, may they be photos, videos, documents or music, from Android-powered Samsung devices. It's also created with beginners in mind, therefore it comes with a very easy-to-use and intuitive interface that can be used without any problem even by complete novices.
Though at a first sight it looked like a rather promising tool, Samsung Mobile Phone Recovery Pro was nothing else but a big disappointment to me. I couldn't make it detect two different Samsung mobile phones which were connected to the computer using the recommended settings. Furthermore, the interface added to my confusion and distrust, as it features weird areas, like the one that asks for selecting a “camera brand”. Anyway, cutting long story short, Samsung Mobile Phone Recovery Pro hadn't even remotely come close to actually being useful. Even clicking "help" opens the help data for another program ("CardRecovery Pro") and using the "Check for updates" function also checks for updates for the same different app. As you can see, it's quite a messy application, to say the least.
To sum it all up, I'm sorry I have to be so straightforward and drastic, but you'd better stay away from this tool, as its current version is a complete mess that won't serve any good to anyone.
