Remo Repair RAR is a simple application designed to help you repair corrupted RAR archives that can no longer be opened. Once these archives are fixed, you can have their contents extracted. In other words, with the help of this neat utility you will be able to retrieve the files that the broken archives contained.

Remo Repair RAR is very easy-to-use. Its interface is extremely simple and straightforward. It comes in the form of a basic wizard that guides you step by step through the RAR archive repairing process. There are no additional options or settings, not even basic ones. The good part is that even beginners can use this handy application without any problem.

It lacks batch processing capabilities, being able to repair only one archive at a time. Furthermore, it can load and fix only RAR archives. Other archive types like ZIP or CAB are not supported. Anyway, this is not the biggest disadvantage of this tool in my opinion. What bothered me the most is the fact that the unregistered, trial version of this tool doesn’t allow saving the results of the repairing process. This means that I, or any other user that evaluates this tool, cannot tell for sure if it will actually repair the archives or not. The fact that the trial version shows a preview of the files contained by the corrupted RAR archive is not enough to gain my trust.

To sum it all up, if you’re willing to take risks, Remo Repair RAR looks worthy enough of being chosen as the tool to help you repair corrupted RAR archives.
