OpoSoft Video Cutter allows you to extract portions of video from all popular file formats. It supports AVI, MPEG, MP4, WMV, 3GP, MOV, and many more video codecs, and it allows you to extract several segments from the same video file on a single operation. However, you can work on a single source video file at once.

The program’s design is very attractive and intuitive. It allows you to select a source video file and the destination folder where the resulting segments will be stored. It includes a built-in media player for you to watch your video and decide the cut points more accurately. It allows you to play, pause or stop your video, and define the start and end points of the segment you want to extract. In addition, you can take snapshots of your video very easily while playing.

There is an additional area designed to list all the segments you want to extract from your source video file. You can define a segment to be extracted and then click on the "New clip" button to define another segment from the same source video file. Once all your segments are defined and listed, you can click on the "Cut" button to start the process immediately.

On the same window, you can click on the "Preferences" button to configure some parameters. You can set the action to be taken after the extraction has finished (including shutting down the PC), and select the output folder and the format of the snapshots you take from your videos. As you can see, this program includes only the elements needed to perform the tasks it is supposed to (without complicated elements or options), which makes it really easy to use.
