You can use this handy tool to convert MS Office documents into a wide variety of image formats. Unfortunately, the batch conversion feature is reserved for the commercial version of the program, and thus you can only convert one file at a time. It is capable of converting MS Office 2007-2010 documents, and you can set it to open the output folder automatically once the conversion process has finished.
The program's user interface is almost totally white, which may make it look boring and unattractive for many people. The program basically allows you to add your source files and to select both the output folder and the output format, which is all you need to start the conversion process. The input formats supported are MS Word documents, MS Excel spreadsheets, MS PowerPoint presentations, as well as RTF, TXT, and HTM files. You can add your input files using any of the three helpful methods provided – individually, by folders or by using the drag-and-drop method. All files are listed together with their corresponding file size and type.
As for the output format, the program supports all popular image formats, such as JPG, BMP, GIF, TIFF, PNG, and WMF, among many others. It can also be configured either to use the original file names for the output files, or to replace them with custom file names. To conclude, the program also includes a panel with some configurable parameters related to the output format. These are, however, disabled, as they are part of the commercial version of the program. Though they share the same interface, this should not be confused with the trial version of the commercial product (which also exists) – this is a free tool that you can use to fully convert your documents into graphic formats without any temporal restriction, though one at a time.
