Miro Video Converter is just another video converter without too many features. Its simple interface makes video converting a very easy job. On the other hand, you might find the lack of an option to change the parameters a bit annoying, as you can't control the output or change the quality in any way. If you like the standard resolution, sound volume, quality or frequency for your devices, then this is the software for you.
On the visual side, the red skin that this software comes with is pleasing and not too tiresome, but you might easily get bored of it since there isn't any alternative to it.
You might want to remember that this is not a converter made especially for computer media formats, as the output formats are more for Android phones, Apple devices (iPod, iPad, iPhone) and even for PSP (PlayStation Portable). It does, however, lets you convert to MP3 audio, MP4, Theora or WebM file formats.
After simple and clean installation you only have two options of loading the video that needs to be converted. Either you drag-and-drop it to the interface or you select the path to where it is located. All you need after that is to select the format you want, click on the convert button and it's all done.
To sum it all up, if you need software for a fast and simple video conversion without having to deal with parameters, this is the one for you.
- simple and clear interface
- quick conversion
- no possibility of changing the parameters
- no skins available
