What is the difference between Microsoft Data Access and Microsoft Access? Can you explain to me? Please!

The Data Components contain some files that are required for when you're working with the applications that needs them. For example, Data Components contains core Data Access components such as the Microsoft SQL Server OLE DB provider and ODBC driver. These files/drivers are necessary when you're using with Access and databases.
